20 May (HS): To provide employment opportunities to the youth of Uttar Pradesh,

Maruti Suzuki India Limited, the country's leading automobile manufacturer,

will host a large campus placement drive at the Government Industrial Training

Institute, Aliganj campus in Lucknow on May 21 and 22, 2026. This recruitment

drive will fill fixed-term employee (FTE) positions for the company's plants in

Haryana.

Khan, placement officer at the Government ITI, stated that as part of the

program, a preliminary assessment (written/technical test) will be conducted on

May 21, beginning at 10:00 a.m., while interviews for selected candidates will

be held on May 22. This recruitment will provide opportunities for male

candidates at the Kharkhoda (Sonipat) plant and for female candidates at the

Manesar (Gurugram) plant.

The

proposed salary is approximately Rs. 32,000 per month (CTC) for male candidates

and Rs. 41,713 per month (CTC) for female candidates. In addition, the company

will provide other benefits as per regulations, including subsidized meals and

uniforms for female candidates.

To

participate in this recruitment process, candidates must have passed high

school with a minimum of 40 percent marks. They must also have completed an

NCVT/SCVT-accredited ITI in mechanical trades such as fitter, welder,

machinist, motor mechanic, diesel mechanic, painter, turner, tool and die

maker, sheet metal worker, and auto body repair. Candidates must bring their

high school and ITI mark sheets, certificates, and original and photocopy

Aadhaar card and PAN card.

The
