Kolkata, 20 May (H.S.) : The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has once again summoned former West Bengal minister and Madhyamgram MLA Rathin Ghosh in connection with the alleged civic recruitment scam case.

According to sources, the central agency has issued a notice directing Ghosh to appear before its officials at the CGO Complex in Salt Lake on Monday, May 25.

Ghosh had earlier been summoned multiple times by the ED for questioning in the alleged irregularities related to civic body recruitment. However, he had reportedly skipped several appearances citing election-related engagements.

The former state food minister had finally appeared before ED officials at the CGO Complex on May 15, when he was questioned for nearly 10 hours.

The ED has now summoned him again for further interrogation in connection with the ongoing investigation into the civic recruitment scam.
