Lucknow,

02 May (HS): The BJP is organizing a 'Nari Akrosh Yatra' today, incorporating

many women with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in a torchlight march. Meanwhile,

Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak declared on Saturday that

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) members are backing women's fury across the state,

accusing opposition parties such as the Congress and Samajwadi Party of

repressing it. He went on to say that half of the state's population is jointly

exposing attempts by the Samajwadi Party and Congress about the Women's

Reservation Bill, as the BJP prepares to start its 'Nari Akrosh Yatra'

throughout the state.

Addressing

reporters, Pathak stated, Look, all of us (workers) support the women's

outrage over the way Congress and the Samajwadi Party stalled the Women's

Reservation Bill. Furthermore, half of the state's population has banded

together to condemn the Socialist Party and Congress.
