
Jammu, 06 March (H.S.): MLA Jammu East Yudhvir Sethi held a Janata Darbar at Pt. Prem Nath Dogra Bhawan, Kacchi Chawni, where a large number of residents from different areas of the constituency gathered to present their grievances and issues.
During the interaction, people raised several concerns related to civic amenities, development works, public utilities, and other local matters. The MLA patiently listened to the issues and assured the participants that their problems would be addressed on priority. Officials and party workers present on the occasion also noted down the concerns raised by the residents for prompt action.
Speaking on the occasion, Yudhvir Sethi emphasized the importance of maintaining direct contact with the public. He said that Janata Darbars serve as an effective platform to understand the genuine concerns of the people and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.
“My priority is to remain accessible to the people and ensure that their issues are addressed without delay. Public participation and direct interaction help us understand the ground realities and plan development works accordingly,” Sethi said.
He further stated that the Jammu administration is committed to improving infrastructure and strengthening civic facilities in Jammu East constituency. He assured the residents that all genuine demands would be taken up with the concerned departments to ensure speedy redressal.
Several local leaders and party workers were also present during the Janata Darbar. Among those who attended the programme were Shiv Sharma, Bajalta Mandal President; Anuradha Sharma, District President Mahila Morcha; Parveen Kerni, senior leader; and Harvinder Singh, along with other prominent party members.
