Bhubaneswar, 06 March (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has extended heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all candidates who have successfully cleared the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

In a message shared on social media, the Chief Minister wished the successful candidates a bright future and encouraged them to dedicate themselves to public service.

In his message, Majhi said that the administrative service should not be viewed merely as a position or authority, but as a commitment to serving the people. He urged the successful candidates to utilise their knowledge and experience for the welfare of those at the grassroots level of society.

The Chief Minister also emphasized that ethical values, a spirit of service, and dedication are essential qualities for a capable and responsible administrator.
