March (HS): Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel extended her heartfelt

greetings to the people of the state and the country on the auspicious occasion

of the Hindu New Year and Chaitra Navratri. In her congratulatory message, the

Governor said that the nine days of Navratri symbolize self-purification,

restraint, and renewed consciousness. This festival conveys the message of

victory of righteousness over irreligion, knowledge over ignorance, and truth

over falsehood. She wished that happiness, peace, prosperity, and good health

permeate the lives of all the people of the state and the country, and that our

nation continues to progress on the path of harmony and development.

She said

that the New Year should spread the light of new enthusiasm, new faith, and new

resolve in every heart. May this New Year further strengthen the roots of our

ancient cultural heritage and lead us on the path of unity, harmony, and

progress. Together, let us welcome this New Year with new dreams, positive

energy, and resolutions for public welfare, so that our society and nation

continue on the bright path of progress.
