Morigaon (Assam), 5 January (HS): Five teachers of Morigaon B.Ed College were injured in a road accident that occurred in the Ujari area of Morigaon district on Monday. According to police, the incident took place when two vehicles collided head-on in the area.

On receiving information, a police team rushed to the spot and shifted all the injured to Morigaon Sadar Hospital for treatment. The injured teachers have been identified as Nibedita Deka, Barnali Hazarika, Sudita Dev Nandi, Gopal Mudra Das, and Vishal Chhetri.

The accident involved a Bolero vehicle and a Swift car. Police have registered an FIR in connection with the incident and initiated an investigation into the matter.-----------
