Guwahati, 5 January (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday extended his heartiest greetings to senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Dr Murli Manohar Joshi on the occasion of his birthday.

In his social media message, the Chief Minister said that Dr Joshi has made lasting contributions to the nation and has always prioritised the protection of national interests while serving Maa Bharti with dedication.

Dr Sarma further offered prayers to Maa Kamakhya and Srimanta Sankardev for Dr Joshi’s good health and long life, wishing him continued strength and well-being.---------
