04 Jan (HS): To commemorate Savitribai Phule's birth anniversary, the
Pragatisheel Samaj Party Mahila Morcha organized a Nari Shakti Samman program
at its Rajapur office. The program was dedicated to the ideals of Savitribai
Phule, a symbol of social justice, women's education, and women's empowerment. On
this occasion, the contribution of women doing excellent work in the society
was appreciated by giving them gifts. Engineer Sunil Kushwaha, National
President of the Pragatisheel Samaj Party, was the chief guest at the event,
while Ajit Patel, State Vice President of the party, participated as the
special guest. The event was chaired by Manisha Mishra, Women's Front
coordinator, and conducted by State Incharge Archana Kushwaha.
In their addresses, speakers described Savitribai Phule as a pioneer of women's
education and social revolution in India, saying that her struggles and ideas
continue to inspire women to move forward. They pledged to unite and fight for
women's rights, dignity, and equality.
In his address on this occasion, National President of the Pragatisheel Samaj
Party, Engineer Sunil Kushwaha, said that the courage with which Savitribai
Phule lit the torch of women's education is today the greatest force for social
change. The Pragatisheel Samaj Party is committed to ensuring respect and
empowerment for women. Kushwaha said that this event is a pledge to advance
Savitribai Phule's ideals of education, equality, and women's respect, because
social justice is impossible without women's empowerment.
State Vice President Ajit Patel said that the idea of an egalitarian society is
incomplete without women's empowerment. Savitribai Phule's ideas have become
even more relevant in today's times. Presiding over the event, Mahila Morcha
convenor Manisha Mishra said that this event is not just a program, but a voice
of women's self-respect and self-esteem. The Mahila Morcha will continue to
fight for women's empowerment at every level. The program was attended by Yuva
Morcha's State General Secretary Nishtha Dev, District Vice President Rajkumar,
Assembly Incharge Munna Chamar, Kamlesh Pasi, Women's Front's Sunita, Manju
Devi, Kanti Devi, Rajpati Devi, Mansa Devi, Suman Devi, Indira Devi, Neeta
Devi, Sudama Devi, Sangeeta Devi, Rajan Anand, and many others.
