Dhubri (Assam), 09 August (HS): On the occasion of Rakhi Purnima, the BSF Water Wing Camp in Dhubri witnessed a special Raksha Bandhan celebration organized by the Border Awareness Forum in collaboration with the Dhubri Municipal Committee.

Women members of the Border Awareness Forum, along with local women, tied rakhis to BSF officers and soldiers as a gesture of respect and solidarity. Assistant Commandant P.C. Ghosh of the BSF Water Wing and several members of the Forum were present during the event.
