Sivasagar (Assam), 06 August (HS): A tragic road accident took place in Amguri, Sivasagar, claiming the lives of two individuals. The mishap occurred when a Super Splendor bike (AS-03-AR-7283) lost control and rammed into an electric pole.

The motorcycle was reportedly en route from Namti in Sivasagar towards Moriani when the driver lost control, resulting in a fatal crash. Both riders killed on the spot.

Initial police investigation revealed that the deceased were young men hailing from the Namchichu area in Jorhat district. Further investigation into the incident is currently underway.
