Kumar Khanna, Animal Husbandry Minister Dharampal Singh, Minister of State for

built in Hajiapur. This is the first Unani Medical College of Bareilly

division. After its opening, the path of education along with treatment will

become easier in the division. Candidates were selected for about 6000 posts in

the employment fair in the presence of the Chief Minister at the public meeting

place in Bareilly College. Dummy cheques were also given to the beneficiaries

under the CM Yuva Udyami Yojana.

Monitoring the

event venue with drones: Several drones have been deployed to monitor the Chief

Minister's program at Bareilly College. About 1600 policemen have been deployed

for security and traffic management. PAC has been deployed separately. On

Tuesday, ADG, DM-SSP inspected the program venue and took stock of the security

arrangements. The SSP gave directions to the police force on duty.

During the

inspection, the security arrangements of the event venue, route planning,

helipad, bike convoy, media gallery and emergency plans were evaluated. All

aspects of security such as crowd management, traffic arrangements and

emergency response mechanism were reviewed. SSP Anurag Arya briefed the

concerned officers and the force on duty and instructed them to ensure

security. The meeting lasted for an hour.

Here’s the

timeline of events: Chief Minister Yogi reached the Circuit House at 10:40 am.

He held a divisional meeting with public representatives for about an hour. After

the divisional meeting, at 11:40 am, Chief Minister Yogi left for the public

meeting venue, Bareilly College.

Welcome with the

sound of drums: When CM Yogi reached the stage of the huge pandal built in

Bareilly College ground, he was welcomed with the sound of drums. By pressing

the button, Chief Minister Yogi laid the foundation stone of 322 development

works and inaugurated 223 projects. Chief Minister Yogi distributed

certificates, symbolic keys and dummy cheques to the beneficiaries of various

schemes. Chief Minister Yogi honoured the players by giving them certificates.

He talked to the players and encouraged them.

Chief Minister

Yogi Adityanath started his address with Bharat Mata Ki Jai. He said that he

has got the privilege of coming to Nathnagari in the month of Sawan and paying

obeisance at the feet of Mahadev. Congratulations to the people of Bareilly for

the development work.

Good government

brings development and prosperity- Yogi: He said that when a good government

comes, it brings development and prosperity with it. This is the same Bareilly,

before 2017 it was tainted by riots. Bareilly had become a riot-prone district.

But after 2017, Bareilly has become known not for riots but for the Nath

Corridor. The Chief Minister mentioned all the seven Nath temples.

He said that the

previous governments used to divide the people. They used to appease the people

through vote bank politics. They used to honour those who breached the

security. The double engine BJP government is not appeasement but is becoming a

medium of public satisfaction through development. It is connecting heritage

through development.

Now no one can

call Bareilly a riot-hit area- Yogi: Chief Minister Yogi said that the results

of the development work done by the Development Authority, Municipal

Corporation and public representatives in New Bareilly are visible in the form

of development. Now no one can call our Bareilly a riot-affected Bareilly. We

have seen the proof of this during the Kanwar Yatra in the month of Sawan.

Development for

all without discrimination –Yogi: CM Yogi said that we will give the benefits

of development schemes to everyone without any discrimination or on the basis

of caste, religion or language. But if someone believes that schemes will be

made specifically for them on the lines of previous governments, then that

cannot happen now. Now there is a new India, which does not discriminate in

schemes.

Chief Minister

told about the Youth Entrepreneur Scheme: The Chief Minister said that a job

fair has also been organized here. Appointment letters have also been

distributed to the youth. He informed that the government has implemented the

Chief Minister's Youth Entrepreneur Scheme in Uttar Pradesh.

Under this, the

beneficiary gets a guarantee-free interest-free loan of five lakh rupees. The

government has so far linked 70 thousand youth with this scheme. He said that

earlier schemes were not made for the youth. Before 2017, the youth had an

identity crisis. Today they are not going through the identity crisis.

Before 2017, jobs

were robbed: The Chief Minister said that before 2017, jobs were looted. There

was division. Sometimes uncles used to come out for extortion, sometimes Babua.

Seeing those relationships, everyone was confused that these relationships were

seen in Mahabharata. But everyone has seen how these relationships were looting

the job of a young man.
