Udhampur, 5 August (H.S.):

In

a major action under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act,

Udhampur Police has attached/seized moveable and immoveable property of Sanjay

Kumar valued approximately ₹70 Lakhs under Section 68(F) of the NDPS Act.

The

accused Sanjay Kumar S/O Krishan Lal R/O Kah Phalata, Udhampur is involved in

FIR No. 99/2025 under Sections 8/15/29 NDPS Act registered at Police Station

Rehambal.

The

attached/freezed properties includes residential house on land Khasra No. 852

located at Kah Phalata/Seen Thakaran and Eeco Car bearing Reg. No. JK14H-6411

Auto

bearing Reg. No. JK14K-2108, Auto bearing Reg. No. JK14C-6510, Scooty bearing

Reg. No. JK14F-9854, Scooty bearing Reg. No. JK14H-2029.

The

attachment order was issued by the investigating officer as part of ongoing

proceedings under the NDPS Act.

Udhampur

Police reiterates its firm commitment towards eradicating the drug menace from

society and will continue to take strict action against offenders under the

law.
