Bareilly, 30 Aug (HS): Two people died after consuming

Haryana liquor in Tigaidatta Nagar village of Aliganj police station area of

​​Bareilly, while the condition of their third companion is critical. On

receiving the information, the police team reached the village on Saturday

morning and inquired from the villagers. Police is investigating.

They consumed alcohol at a tube well outside the village:

Family members told the police that Bhagwan Das works in Faridabad, Haryana. He

returned to the village from Faridabad on Thursday night. He brought alcohol

from there. According to the police, during interrogation it was found that

Bhagwan Das started drinking alcohol with Ramveer and Surajpal at Vijaypal's

tube well in the village from 7 am on Friday.

Two died during treatment: In the evening, the health of

Ramveer (38 years), Surajpal (55 years) and Bhagwan Das (39 years)

deteriorated. The family admitted them to a private hospital in Bareilly, where

Ramveer died during treatment at night. Surajpal died on Saturday morning.

Bhagwan Das is undergoing treatment. His condition is critical.

There is chaos in the families of the deceased: Ramveer

and Surajpal were small farmers. They used to support their family by farming.

The death of both of them has created chaos in their families. While Bhagwan

Das was working as a labourer in the village, a few days ago he went to

Faridabad in Haryana and started working in a factory. The police have sent the

bodies of the deceased for postmortem.
