Guwahati, 27 August (HS): The Assam unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party has strongly condemned a remark made by Syeda Hameed, a close associate of Sonia Gandhi and the late Tarun Gogoi, where she allegedly referred to the Assamese people as “demons.”
