Nagon (Assam), 27 August (HS): The Nagon district administration has successfully completed its eviction drive in Jengani and Balikoti areas under the Dhing revenue circle.

Circle Officer Saurav Kumar Das informed that as per the directive of the District Commissioner, all encroachers vacated the land voluntarily, ensuring 100% clearance. He further confirmed that the area has now been completely freed from encroachments.

The eviction covered nearly 30 bighas of land, earlier occupied by around 50 families and 100 shops.---------
