Nashik,
09 July (HS): The Central Hindu Education Society has decided to open Nagpur
Bhosala University in Nagpur. The plan was discussed during the 89th
annual general meeting of the Society. Vice-President of the Society, Shailesh
Joglekar, read out a report on the development of the Society and on the
proposed University in Nagpur. Besides the traditional education, military
training, sports, patriotism and bravery will be part of the education in the
University. President of the Society Retired General Dr Dattatray Shekatkar,
PVSM, AVSM, VSM, chaired the meeting.
General
Secretary Hemant Deshpande read out the annual report. He informed about the NDA
training in Arunachal Pradesh, and the Junior College at Murud is getting a good
response. He also provided information about the facilities created at Nashik
campus.
Nagpur
Region’s Secretary Rahul Dixit provided information about Bhosala Military
School in Nagpur, and new school started in Nagpur, and future development plans.
The audit
report for 2024-2025 and the budget for 2025-2026 were also presented and passed.
