Guwahati, 1 June (HS): The new issue of Assamese BJP Varta for the month of June was formally released today at the state headquarters of Bharatiya Janata Party, Assam Pradesh, 'Atal Bihari Vajpayee Bhawan'. This release was done by the state chief spokesperson of the party Manoj Barua in the presence of workers.

On this occasion, in the program organized under the supervision of Dr. Devjit Mahanta, member of the 'Assamese BJP Varta' compilation committee and media panelist of BJP Assam Pradesh, Barua said that BJP is a political party with a unique character, whose foundation is based on thousands of years of cultural values. He told that this mouthpiece reflects the philosophy, ideas and ideals of the party along with the public welfare schemes of the central government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the state government led by Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma.

Barua also said that this mouthpiece will be able to provide ideological material to lakhs of workers of Assam Pradesh BJP. It is noteworthy that from this time onwards, biographies of former presidents of BJP Assam Pradesh will be published serially in every issue.

In this issue, the biography of the state's founder president Colonel Umnath Sharma has been published. A large number of party workers including BJP Assam Pradesh media panelist Brajn Mahant were present in today's release ceremony.
