Jammu, 1 June (H.S.): Announcing key responsibilities for its MLAs, J&K BJP today appointed Rajiv Jasrotia (MLA Jasrota) as the party’s Chief Whip in J&K Assembly while Prof Gharu Ram Bhagat (MLASuchetgarh) and Yudhvir Sethi (MLA Jammu-East) have been appointed as Whips.

According to a handout, issued by the party, Surjit Singh Slathia (MLA Samba) and Pawan Gupta (MLA Udhampur West) have been appointed as Deputy Leaders of the Opposition.

Choudhary Vikram Randhawa (MLA Bahu) has been appointed as Secretary and Arvind Gupta (MLA Jammu West) as Treasurer while Balwant Mankotia (MLA Chenani) and Shakti Raj Parihar (MLA Doda) have been assigned the responsibility of Spokespersons.
