31 May (HS): In Ghaziabad, adjacent to Delhi, the crackdown operation of police

against the criminals is going on continuously. Due to the encounter between

the police and the criminals, the criminals are becoming crippled. In this episode,

encounters took place with the criminals in three different police station

areas of the district on Friday night, in which five criminals became victims

of police bullets and all five became crippled. The police admitted everyone to

the hospital for treatment and interrogating them intensively. Five pistols, a

motorcycle and cartridges have been recovered from the criminals.

(Modinagar) Gyan Prakash informed that during wee hours, Niwari police station

was patrolling near Survin School. Then they got information that two

miscreants are coming from Kushadi Road towards Naharpul Niwadi track on a

black Apache motorcycle. On receiving the information, the police team reached

Kushadi Road Niwadi side and started checking closely near the Naharpul track.

After some time, two persons were seen coming from Kushadi Road on a black

Apache motorcycle. They were signaled to stop. Then the persons sitting on the

motorcycle turned the motorcycle towards Kushadi village and in an attempt to

escape, slipped and fell from the motorcycle. Seeing themselves surrounded,

these miscreants opened fire on the police. In the retaliatory self-defense firing

by the police, the miscreants were injured by the bullets of the police. The

injured criminals told their names as Rashid resident of Rampal Saini, house

Idgah Colony, Farukhnagar and the other one told his name as Dhananjay Singh

resident of Sundar Nagari Nandnagari, New Delhi.

The

second encounter took place in Bhojpur police station area in which two

criminals were injured. ACP told that on the night of 31st, police received

information that 03 robbers involved in the robbery of a goldsmith on the way

from Kilhoda to Hapur in Bhojpur police station area are coming from Hapur on a

motorcycle. On this information, intensive checking was done near Kilhoda power

house and 03 persons were seen coming from Hapur on a motorcycle. When they

were stopped, all three persons started running on the motorcycle near the

power house and the motorcycle lost balance and fell down. Police surrounded

them. Seeing themselves surrounded all three persons opened fire on the police

party and in the retaliatory action taken by the police team in self-defense,

02 of the 03 miscreants got shot in the leg due to which they got injured and

the third miscreant took advantage of the darkness and escaped from the spot.

Among the injured criminals are Nazir alias Nazim alias Raja, resident of town

and police station Udhani district Badaun, Pravesh Kumar Gupta, resident of

Pachgai Rambas Badshahpur, police station Shikarpur.

On

enquiry, it came to light that the above mentioned accused, a few days ago,

while going from Tyaudi to Hapur in the police station area of ​​Bhojpur, along

with their accomplice, had committed the robbery of a goldsmith on the Kilhoda

to Hapur Bombay road.

The

third encounter took place at the underpass near Rashid Gate in Loni police

station area in which Delhi's gangster Talwar Tanveer got shot in his leg.

Police admitted him to the hospital. There Tanveer told that he had shot a

juice seller in Loni police station area because he had a quarrel with him.

More than three dozen criminal cases are registered against him in Delhi and

Uttar Pradesh.
