Amravati, 31 May (HS): Amravati Division’s Special

Inspector General of Police Ramnath Pokle issued transfer orders for 63 police

officers in the region, which includes 18 PI, 14 API, and 31 PSI. All were

eligible for the transfers.

PI Rahul Athawale was transferred to Yavatmal

last year. He will return to the Amravati Rural police force. PI Deepmala Bhende

from Amravati Rural has been assigned to Yavatmal. Washim’s PI, Anand

Wagatkar, and Bhushan Gawande have been shifted to Yavatmal and Buldana, respectively. Pravin Nachankar amd Shirish Khandare have been transferred to Washim

and Akola.

Jaywant Sawant from Akola has been transferred

to Buldana. Yavatmal’s Dhanraj Nile, Sitaram Mehatre, and Rahul Athawale have

been respectively shifted to Washim, Buldana, and Amravati Rural, PI Deepak Koli

from Buldana and PI Pravin Dhumal from Washim will join Akola.

Fourteen APIs have also been transferred.
