24 Feb (HS): Mansa Devi, 18-year-old daughter of Chhotelal Lodh, a resident of

Phula village under Mohanganj police station area of ​​the district, jumped

into a well near her house late at night. Due to which she died. Inspector

in-charge of Mohanganj police station Rakesh Kumar Singh said that on

Sunday/Monday night, information was received about a girl jumping into a well.

Immediately after which the police reached the spot and with the help of

villagers, the girl was taken out of the well. By the time the girl was taken

out of the well, she had died. At present, the police have taken the body in

its custody and sent it for post-mortem after filling the Panchayatnama. The

police engaged in investigating the cause of the incident. At present, the

cause of the incident has not been ascertained yet.
