NEW DELHI, 21 February (H.S.) : The

first session of Delhi Assembly will run from 24 to 27 February. Arvinder Singh

Lovely will administer Oath to the MLAs after becoming the Protem Speaker. According

to the protocol, the most senior member in the Assembly is made Protem Speaker.

Arvinder Singh Lovely has become MLA for the 5th time by winning from the

Gandhi Nagar assembly seat of Delhi. Lovely, who left Congress and joined BJP,

was a minister in the Sheila Dikshit government. Lovely has won this time by 13

thousand votes.
