Tamil Nadu, 18 February (H.S.): In a tragic turn of events, a brother and sister lost their lives in a dispute over a mobile phone. The incident occurred in the village of Vellankudi, near Pudukkottai, on Tuesday.

According to reports, the brother, aged 20, broke his sister's phone during an argument. Enraged, the sister, aged 18, jumped into a nearby well. In an attempt to rescue her, the brother also jumped into the well.

Both siblings were later found dead in the well. The incident has sent shockwaves through the community. The police are investigating the matter. More updates or awaited.
