
Noida, 6 Dec (HS): A woman has filed a report at Bisrakh police station in
Noida, Uttar Pradesh, alleging that an accused, who was earlier arrested for
trapping women by hiding his religion, raping them, pressuring them to convert
their religion and defaming them by making the video viral, is threatening her
along with his associates if she does not withdraw the case.
Inspector
Manoj Kumar Singh, in-charge of Bisrakh police station, said that a woman named
Jyoti filed a report at the police station last night, claiming she lives in
Sahaberi village. According to the woman, she had previously filed a case
against Harun Khan. The accused conceals his religious identity and marries
women by claiming to be Hindu, raping them, and then making obscene videos of
them, which he then circulates. He coerces women into converting to Islam by
forcibly pressuring them to convert.
The station in-charge stated that
several cases have been filed against the accused in the past. He added that
the woman alleges that Harun Khan is pressuring her to withdraw the case she
filed against him. He is threatening to kill her if she does not withdraw it.
According to the woman, those threatening her include Harun Khan, Raju Khan,
Sikandar, Kapil Khan, Sahana Khan, Gudiya, and two of his unidentified
relatives.
