Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma on Thursday extended his greetings on the occasion of Navy Day, saluting the courage, discipline and unwavering commitment of India’s naval personnel.

The Chief Minister said that the brave Naval warriors safeguard the nation’s maritime boundaries with exceptional dedication, keeping India’s seas safe, strong and sovereign. He added that from the country’s vast coastline to distant oceans, the nation stands proud of their relentless service and sacrifice.

Dr. Sarma conveyed his deep appreciation to the Indian Navy and extended his best wishes to all Naval personnel and their families, concluding his message with “Jai Hind.”---------
