of Hockey,' and stated that every player is a hero in their own way. He said that Dhyan Chand's legacy would

continue to spark the torch of commitment and national pride in every player.

In a post on X, he mentioned, “Humble tributes to the

magician of hockey, an epitome of discipline and exceptional sportsmanship,

'Padma Bhushan' Major Dhyan Chand, on his death anniversary. Your brilliance

gave Indian hockey its golden identity, and your legacy will continue to ignite

the flame of dedication and national pride in every player.”
