
Lucknow, 2 Dec (HS): State Minister of State (Independent Charge) for
Vocational Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Kapil Dev
Agarwal, said that connecting youth with employment is the Yogi government's
top priority. In this regard, a special job fair is being organized on December
6, 2025, at the Government ITI, Aliganj, Lucknow, to provide employment to
trainees under the PM Internship Scheme. Twenty-nine companies will participate
in this fair, and candidates will be selected for more than 1,500 vacant
positions. 512 trainees under the PM Internship Scheme have also been invited.
Minister Agarwal stated that the Yogi government is rapidly
connecting youth with employment by providing them with skills training. At the
job fair, various prestigious companies in the country will recruit young
people in the fields of automobiles, electronics, manufacturing, insurance,
technical services, marketing, telecom, e-commerce, and security services. He
stated that the job fair is a major opportunity for young people, where they
can find jobs with better salaries, training, and career growth, tailored to
their qualifications.
Placement in-charge M.A. Khan said that the major companies
participating in the fair include Tata Motors, New Holland, Ashok Leyland,
Yazaki India, JBM Group, Britannia, Shiprocket, Hindware, Ageas Federal Life
Insurance, Digital Public Sewa, Tata Electronics (iPhone Manufacturing) and 29
companies from various sectors. These companies will select candidates based on
educational qualifications such as ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, Intermediate,
Graduation, etc. Many companies will also provide benefits such as PF, ESIC,
food, transportation, uniforms, safety equipment, and accommodation. Interested
candidates can participate in the job fair by appearing at Government ITI
Aliganj, Lucknow on December 6, 2025, with all their original certificates.
