Gorakhpur,
03 Oct (HS): During his visit to the Gorakhnath Temple complex on Friday
morning, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath met many children. He showered them
with love, had a hearty conversation, and gave them chocolates. He asked about
their names and education, and offered them his blessings.
Chief
Minister Yogi Adityanath's love for children is well known. His specialty is to
defy protocol, meet children, joke with them, pamper them, bless them with hard
work, and give them chocolates. This same affinity with children was evident at
the Gorakhnath Temple on Friday morning. After spending the night leading the
Vijayadashami procession on Thursday evening, his Friday morning routine was
traditional. After offering prayers to Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath, he visited the
samadhi of his departed guru, Mahant Avedyanath, and sought his blessings. As
usual, he toured the temple complex. During this time, he noticed the children
among the devotees. The Chief Minister called the children to him, asking them
each their name and class. He even joked with some of them. He interacted with
them with great affection, caressing each one's forehead and blessing them to
study diligently and progress. The Chief Minister also gave chocolates to all
the children.
