Nanded, 03 Oct (HS): Frustrated by losses incurred

due to heavy rains and floods, a young farmer from Yelegaon in Ardhapur Tehsil

of Nanded district committed suicide. The deceased has been named Parmeshwar

Narayan Kapate (24), who hanged himself.

A suicide note was found in Kapate’s pocket, which

says he is taking the extreme step due to consistent crop failure, indebtedness, and lack of employment. The farmer in Nanded district faced major losses in

Maharashtra due to floods.
