Bhubaneswar, 06 August (H.S.): Odisha’s Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari on Thursday announced that the final flood damage assessment report from various departments will be ready by Friday evening, around 5 PM.

The minister stated that as an initial relief measure, the state government has already disbursed ₹110 crore to 22 affected districts. He added that the current floods have caused extensive damage in key districts such as Balasore, Bhadrak, and Jajpur.

Providing district-wise assistance details, the minister informed that Balasore has received ₹22.03 crore, Jajpur ₹20.20 crore, and Bhadrak ₹20.12 crore as part of the relief package.
