Aug 6 (HS): Former MP Brijbhushan Sharan Singh arrived in Ramnagari after being

acquitted by Delhi Court in a case involving allegations by female wrestlers.

He arrived at the Maharishi Valmiki International Airport in Ayodhya from Delhi

on Thursday. He was given a grand welcome at the airport by supporters,

showering him with garlands. Following the welcome, he displayed his strength

with supporters. From the airport, his convoy traveled via the Prayagraj

Highway and Lucknow Highway.

He visited Hanumangarhi and performed puja. He

then proceeded to the Satyameva Jayate rally in Nandini Nagar,

Gonda. MLA Prateek Bhushan Sharan Singh stated that his father had been

acquitted by the court, and a massive welcome and rally were organized to mark

the occasion. The large number of supporters and vehicles in the convoy caused

traffic jams at several locations on the Prayagraj and Lucknow highways.

According to eyewitnesses, thousands of four-wheelers were seen on the roads,

disrupting traffic.
