
Kolkata, 06 July (H.S.). West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari paid rich tributes to Bharat Mata's brave son, visionary statesman, and eminent nationalist Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee on the occasion of his 125th birth anniversary.
In a message posted on X on Monday, the Chief Minister said that Dr. Mookerjee's unwavering commitment to national unity, public service, and the welfare of the people would always remain a source of inspiration. He described Dr. Mookerjee's life as a symbol of patriotism, visionary leadership, and unwavering dedication to the national interest.
Recalling the ideals and legacy of Dr. Mookerjee, Adhikari said that his immense contribution would continue to inspire future generations to work for the unity, integrity, and progress of the nation.
It is noteworthy that several programmes are being organised across West Bengal to mark the 125th birth anniversary of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee, with Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari scheduled to participate in a number of commemorative events.
