Lucknow, 04 July (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi
Adityanath routinely honors freedom warrior Pingali Venkayya, the visionary who
created the first iteration of India's national tricolour. CM Yogi recognizes
his legacy as a timeless symbol of India's unity, courage, and independence. On
times like as his birth and death anniversaries (July 4th), CM Yogi makes
speeches on platforms such as X highlighting how the tricolour motivates
citizens to maintain the country's integrity and pride.
“On the death anniversary of Pingali Venkayya, the designer
of the National Flag 'Tricolour' and a freedom struggle warrior, humble
tribute. Your immortal creation 'Tricolour' will forever continue to inspire
every Indian to protect the unity, integrity, and pride of the nation,” he
opined in a post on X.
