has today seen the inauguration and foundation stone laying of 53 development
projects costing more than Rs. 342 crore, further accelerating the ongoing
sustained development in its northern, southern, and rural assembly
constituencies. On this occasion, approval letters and certificates were also
provided to the beneficiaries of various public welfare schemes. Under the double-engine
government, 'New Agra' is advancing as a Smart, Safe, and Future-Ready City. Heartiest
congratulations to all beneficiaries,” mentioned Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister
Yogi Adityanath in a post on X.
“In that Agra where Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj had displayed his valor, the
Samajwadi Party government was building a Mughal Museum there. We said— not in
the name of any invader, but museums will be built in the name of national
heroes... We have approved the construction of 10 townships costing more than Rs.
5,200 crore for Greater Agra. This will become a model for Greater Agra... We
have already taken steps forward towards building an international airport in
Agra,” said UP CM in the district of Agra, during a program organized for the
inauguration and foundation stone laying of 53 development projects costing
more than Rs. 342 crore.
