Prayagraj, 18 July (HS): There will be a glimpse of Lord

Jagannath's decoration in the form of Tirupati Balaji. Preparations made for

the huge Bhandara Prasad of Lord Jagannath ji on Sunday. A huge feast will be

organised by Shri Jagannath Ji Mahotsav Committee Trust in the premises of Prayageshwar

Jagannath Temple Dham Kashi Rajnagar Katghar on July 19 at 12:00 noon. Rath

Yatra coordinator Rajesh Kesarwani said that on this occasion Lord Jagannath Ji

will be decorated in the form of Tirupati Balaji and according to the full

rituals, 56 types of food will be offered to Lord Jagannath, his sister

Subhadra, and his brother Balabhadra. A grand aarti will be performed for Lord

Jagannath.

It was reported that preparations have been made for a

massive feast for Lord Jagannath. The 56 types of dishes for Lord Jagannath's

Mahabhog include rice, curry, roti, gourd vegetable, rice pudding, mung bean

papad, mung bean khichdi, pickles, dumplings, jam, jalebi, damalu, khaja,

thokva, Khurma, buttermilk, curd, ghee, butter, rabri, cream, malpua, rajbhog,

jhevar, chenna rasgullas, brain laddu, sweet buniya, boondi raita, imarti,

rasmalai, honey, water, sherbet, sweet drink, betel nut, clove cardamom,

mathri, khamman, dhokla, halwa, dahi vada, paneer, potato papad, peda, barfi,

parwal sweet, mango, pear, guava, apple, blackberries, papaya, amla, ripe

jackfruit, ripe barhar, etc. will be there.
