Prayagraj, 16 July (HS): These days, a huge conspiracy is

underway to financially defraud the Christian community in five major districts

regarding the properties of the Lucknow Diocese Trust Association (LDTA)

headquarters, Sarojini Naidu Marg, Civil Lines, Prayagraj. Exposing this, LDTA

Secretary Alan Dan has issued an official public notice and issued a serious

warning to the general public and the Christian community. The Secretary has

clearly stated that the rumours being spread in the name of giving land or

house are completely false, baseless and misleading.

According to a press release issued by Secretary Alan Dan,

some anti-diocese and anti-social elements are active in the districts of

Prayagraj, Jaunpur, Lucknow, Varanasi, and Kanpur. These elements are

misleading innocent Christians, offering them false promises of land or houses,

and are attempting to commit large-scale financial fraud. He appealed to

members of the Christian community not to fall prey to such deceptions or

temptations.

Court Order Effective, Sale Completely Banned: Clarifying

the legal position through a press release, the Secretary stated that no land

belonging to the Lucknow Diocesan Trust Association (LDTA) is available for

sale in any district, nor will it be sold in the future. Furthermore, a company

petition is pending against the LDTA in the National Company Law Tribunal

(NCLT), Allahabad Court. The NCLT Court has strictly ordered all parties to

maintain the status quo in this matter, which is currently in full effect.

Consequently, no property belonging to the organization can be transferred,

leased, or sold.

Secretary Alan Dann claimed that no land, church, or school

has been sold or leased during his tenure. Furthermore, no non-Christian has

dared to occupy LDTA property during his tenure. Secretary Alan Dan warned that

anyone who promotes such rumors or engages in illegal transactions using the

trust's property will face strict legal and punitive action. He urged everyone

to rely only on authorized and authentic information. Finally, he stated that

protecting church and school lands and buildings from land mafias is his top

priority, and that no Christian should have to fear them while he is alive.
