Prayagraj, 16 July (HS): The fourth day of the Combined

Annual Training Camp (CATC-69) of 15 UP Battalion NCC witnessed cadets

enthusiastically participating in a series of military and technical training

activities while experiencing the disciplined and vibrant lifestyle of an NCC

camp. The camp environment reflected a perfect balance of rigorous training,

teamwork, and enjoyable learning experiences.

The day began with physical training and drill, followed by

weapon training and firing practice, where cadets further enhanced their

confidence and proficiency in safe weapon handling. As part of the camp's focus

on modern technology, cadets also learned the assembly and basic components of

drones, gaining practical knowledge of drone systems and their applications.

The ongoing Prayagraj Group NCC Team selection for the Thal

Sainik Camp (TSC) entered its concluding phase. Commanding Officer Col. Ritu

Srivastava Rawat informed the press that the selection process has been

successfully completed and the final assessment of shortlisted cadets will be

conducted tomorrow, after which the Prayagraj Group team will be finalized.

The camp was visited by Lt Col Javed H. Faredi, who reviewed

the training programme and interacted with the cadets and training staff. He

also inspected the administrative arrangements of the camp and appreciated the

systematic conduct of training, discipline, and overall camp management.

The camp continues to provide cadets with quality military

training, technological exposure, leadership opportunities, and personality

development, preparing them to become disciplined and responsible citizens,
