
Amaravati, June 30 (HS): President Droupadi Murmu will begin a two-day visit to Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday to attend the convocation ceremonies of two central universities in the state.
According to the President's schedule, Murmu will attend the first convocation of the Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh in Visakhapatnam on Tuesday. She is scheduled to arrive at around 1 p.m. and remain there until 4 p.m.
Following the programme, the President will leave for Bengaluru, where she will stay overnight at Karnataka Lok Bhavan.
On July 1, Murmu will travel by helicopter from HAL Airport in Bengaluru to Anantapur to attend the convocation of the Central University of Andhra Pradesh as the chief guest.
After participating in the convocation ceremony from 11 a.m. to 12 noon, the President will return to HAL Airport in Bengaluru before departing for New Delhi.
