Johnson Extension School; Katra has filed yet another FIR against Bishop Morris

Edgar Dan, his son Allen Dan, Rakesh Chatri and her former hubby Vishal Nobel

Singh under section 351 (3) of BNS, 2023. She had earlier filed an FIR under various

sections of BNS including B (74), B 61 (2), B 352, B 351 (3) , B 70, B 352

alleging continuous sexual exploitation and threat to her life if she summoned

enough courage to defy their diktats and reveal her unending ordeal to anyone.

However, even after lodging a case against influential

accused, she is scared and fearing murder of her family members. Her unending

ordeal seems to be blown out of proportion after lodging the FIR. She is facing

constant threat from influential Bishop and his scores of henchmen, who are

constantly threatening and defaming her with their money and muscle power.

Since the FIR was filed, all of the above-mentioned

individuals have threatened to kill Principal Priyadarshini, her family, and

children, continuously stating that they must amend their statements and

withdraw the complaint or face serious consequences. On May 26, 2026, they

contacted her mother using cellphone numbers 9958388787 and 9450607105. Threats

are made by phoning 9708701498. She is afraid, as is her family. These guys are

walking freely, stating that no proof will be discovered because time is

running out and the DBR situated in the Bishop House has not yet been taken,

and that they will delete all evidence. These people are also threatening and

luring her to withdraw the complaint from numerous numbers, stating the Police

Commissioner is with them and nothing would happen.

Furthermore, they are defaming her on social media and other

platforms. If these people are not captured, Principal Priyadarshini and her

family may be assassinated at any time. Given the gravity of the situation, she

has sought security and the appropriate legal measures.

Priyadarshini, Principal of Bishop Johnson Extension School,

Katra, Prayagraj, is a divorcee. Her school is managed by the Diocesan

Education Board (DEB), an entity affiliated with the Diocese of Lucknow. She

has been tormented for the past year by Rakesh Chatri, the institution's

so-called Secretary, Morris Edgar Dan, the so-called Chairman, and his son,

Allen Dan. They take advantage of her divorced status by inviting her to their

offices, touching her body with filthy intents, and engaging in indecent

behaviors with her. They threaten to terminate her if she disobeys and tells

anybody about it. These individuals have repeatedly phoned her to molest and

harass her. Vishal Nobel Singh, her ex husband, was aware of and complicit in

all of these immoral activities.

Because she was afraid of losing her work, Priyadarshini did

not notify anybody about Rakesh Chatri, Allen Dan, or Morris Edgar Dan's

actions. When they were dissatisfied, the folks indicated above stated that you

must likewise please our superiors or they would terminate her from work.

Morris Edgar Dan contacted her on May 7, 2026, and requested her to visit

Rakesh Chatri's residence. When she declined, Morris Edgar Dan verbally insulted

her and threatened to kill her entire family as well as terminate her from her

work. Three persons have been continually committing filthy actions with her

with nasty intentions, abusing her body and intimate parts and engaging in

dirty activities, and all three of them have forced physical intercourse with

her.

‘When she resisted, they threatened to kill her and told her

that if she didn't do what they said, she'd end up like Parul Solomon.

Priyadarshini can no longer take the crimes done by these three persons, and

all three have exploited her and her body. Priyadarshini is being tormented

psychologically and physically by the aforementioned individuals, and she is a

complete physical witness. As a result, she is suffering from mental torment.

The aforesaid occurrence has resulted in loss of life and property. She has

requested security for her family; otherwise, she and her children risk being

assassinated at any time.
