Jammu, 22 June (H.S.): The Directorate General Resettlement (DGR)-sponsored Professional Management Course for 31 Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) and Other Ranks (ORs) from the Tri-Services concluded at IIM Jammu today.

The course was aimed at enhancing the managerial, leadership, and professional competencies of retiring and retired Defence Forces personnel, facilitating their successful transition into corporate and entrepreneurial roles.

The closing ceremony was graced by Brig Kapil Taneja of White Knight Corps as the Chief Guest. In his address, he commended the participants for their dedication towards self-improvement and lifelong learning, and encouraged them to effectively utilize the knowledge and skills acquired during the course in their second careers.

The programme reflects DGR’s continued commitment towards empowering veterans through quality education, skill development, and resettlement initiatives in collaboration with premier institutions such as IIM Jammu.
