New Delhi, 13 June (H.S.): The Congress has announced a nationwide campaign against the Central government over issues related to paper leaks, examination irregularities, and unemployment.
According to the party, Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, will launch a series of student conferences across the country beginning on June 17. The events will bring together students, competitive examination aspirants, teachers, and representatives of youth organisations.
In an official statement issued on Saturday, Congress General Secretary (Organisation) K. C. Venugopal said that the campaign aims to highlight concerns surrounding examination-related irregularities and the issue of unemployment affecting young people.
As part of the first phase of the initiative, Rahul Gandhi will address student conferences in several cities. The schedule includes Kota on June 17, Prayagraj on July 10, Patna on July 11, and Delhi on July 14.
The Congress said the outreach programme will provide a platform for interaction with students and job aspirants while drawing attention to issues related to education, recruitment examinations, and employment opportunities.
The campaign marks the party’s latest nationwide mobilisation effort focused on youth-centric concerns, with a series of public engagements planned across key educational and political centres in the coming weeks.
