
Amaravati, 12 June (HS): Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Friday said the Telugu Desam Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government has overcome challenges inherited from the previous administration and worked towards welfare, development and governance during its two years in office.
Marking the completion of two years of the NDA government in the state, Naidu said the government assumed office with the support and trust of the people and had focused on addressing various issues while pursuing development initiatives.
In a message posted on social media platform X, the Chief Minister said the government viewed public office as a responsibility and remained committed to the welfare and aspirations of all sections of society. He stated that efforts were being made to lay the foundation for the state's future through development and welfare measures.
Naidu thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Central Government for extending support to Andhra Pradesh's development initiatives. He said the cooperation of the Centre and the partnership of Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan were helping the state move towards the goal of Swarnandhra (Golden Andhra).
The Chief Minister also expressed gratitude to the people of the state for their continued support and sought their cooperation for future development and welfare programmes.
Union Minister for Civil Aviation K. Ram Mohan Naidu also marked the occasion, stating that the people of Andhra Pradesh had placed their faith in the NDA government with expectations of a new beginning. He said efforts had been made over the past two years to promote growth, development and opportunities in the state through cooperation between the Centre and the state government.
The Union Minister said the government remained committed to further development initiatives and expressed confidence about the state's future.
