various prestigious companies

Lucknow, 10 June (HS): A massive campus drive and employment

fair was organized at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI),

Aliganj, Lucknow on Wednesday under the Chief Minister's Mission Employment

Scheme, with the aim of providing employment opportunities to the youth and

making available skilled human resources as per the needs of the industries.

The program was organized in collaboration with the Government ITI Aliganj,

Gray-Sim Learnings Foundation and the Regional Employment Office, Lucknow.

A total of six companies participated in the job fair,

including Maruti Suzuki India Limited (Gujarat), Anjaneya Power Progress

(Lucknow), D.S. Facility Services (Lucknow), Triveni Almira Private Limited

(Noida), Kotak Mahindra Bank (Lucknow), and Assign Services (Lucknow). These

companies conducted written examinations and interviews for recruitment to

various technical and non-technical positions.

Raj Kumar Yadav, Principal of Government ITI Aliganj, stated

that the state government is constantly striving to provide better employment

and self-employment opportunities to youth. He urged the company

representatives present to select as many candidates as possible and encouraged

timely joining of selected candidates. He specifically thanked the Gray-Sim

Learnings Foundation for its support in organizing the successful job fair. He

said that such job fairs act as a bridge between youth and industry. They

provide trained candidates with direct employment opportunities and provide

industries with skilled and trained human resources to meet their needs.

Placement Officer M.A. Khan stated that a total of 454

candidates participated in the campus drive. Following written examinations and

interviews conducted by the companies, 275 candidates were selected for various

positions. The selected candidates will be offered a maximum salary of Rs. 29,612

per month and other attractive benefits. Candidates enthusiastically

participated in the job fair, interacting with representatives from various

companies and learning about employment opportunities. Selected candidates

expressed their happiness at this opportunity provided by the state government

and the institute.
