Bhubaneswar, 18 May (H.S.): Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on being conferred with Sweden’s prestigious ‘Royal Order of the Polar Star, Degree Commander Grand Cross’ honour.

Describing it as a proud moment reflecting India’s growing global stature, the Chief Minister praised the Prime Minister’s visionary leadership and the strengthening ties between India and Sweden.

In a post on social media, Majhi stated, “When India rises, the world recognises. Heartiest congratulations to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi on being conferred with the prestigious ‘Royal Order of the Polar Star, Degree Commander Grand Cross’ by Sweden.”

He further said that the distinguished honour symbolises Prime Minister Modi’s visionary leadership, India’s continuously rising stature on the global stage, and the deepening friendship between India and Sweden.
