Nagpur, 14 May

(HS): Five Resident Doctors have been removed from the hostel by the Nagpur’s

Government Medical College and Hospital, for creating ruckus and exchanging blows

in the hospital’s Radiology Department.

The arguments

started when those working on Radiology Department disputed reports of the

Surgery Department. The arguments led to abusive wordy duel and then pushing

and exchanging blows. The incident occurred on May 10, the information of which

came out of the college on May 12. Later it reached police, and the college

administration initiated action to remove five resident doctors from the

hostel. Action against some others is expected in the near future.
