
Bhubaneswar, 08 April (H.S.): The State Selection Board (SSB) has announced the schedule for the Common PG Entrance Test (CPET) 2026. The examination is scheduled to be conducted from 5th May to 16th May 2026 across the state.
The CPET will cover admissions for 50 postgraduate subjects and will be held in two sessions each day: the first session from 10:00 AM to 11:40 AM and the second session from 3:00 PM to 4:40 PM. On the first day, 5th May, candidates appearing for Commerce, Biotechnology, Sociology, Environmental Science, Education, and Anthropology (Arts) will take the exam.
A total of 58,708 students have applied for 31,915 postgraduate seats. Admit cards will be available for download from 30th April 2026 on the official SSB website https://ssbodisha.ac.in

Admission to postgraduate courses will be based solely on marks obtained in the CPET examination.
