Vice President Radhakrishnan praised their dedication as administration's enduring pillars, ensuring effective public service delivery. Aligning with this year's theme—Viksit Bharat: Citizen-Centric Governance and Development at the Last Mile—he stressed reaching the most remote beneficiaries in pursuit of 2047's developed India vision.
Speaker Om Birla called civil servants the nation's construction spine, faithfully implementing policies while bridging government and people—from distant villages to urban centers—across development, law & order, and public welfare.
