Guwahati, 02 April (HS): Amid intensifying campaign activities for the ongoing Assam assembly elections, Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to arrive in the state once again on Thursday to take part in election campaigning.

According to sources, Shah will address massive public rally in the state. He is scheduled to campaign in Kaliabor at 3 PM in support of NDA candidate and minister Keshab Mahanta.

During these rallies, the Home Minister is expected to seek support for BJP and NDA alliance candidates while highlighting the developmental initiatives undertaken by the government.

It is also learnt that Shah will continue extensive campaigning in the coming days to ensure victory for NDA candidates. His visit is likely to further heat up the political atmosphere in the state.----------
