In a fervent Sunday protest, Congress leaders rallied against the government and BJP, urging immediate enactment of women's reservation on the full 543 parliamentary seats.

Spearheaded by Delhi Congress at the PCC office, the demonstration featured dialogues with women attendees, including Rajya Sabha MP Jairam Ramesh, state president Devendra Yadav, MP Deepender Hooda, All India Mahila Congress chief Alka Lamba, Delhi Mahila Congress president Pushpa Singh, Kunwar Karan Singh, and Surendra Kumar, alongside women representatives from Haryana, Maharashtra, Delhi, and Chhattisgarh.

MP Deepender Hooda accused BJP of duplicitous tactics, claiming the party dusted women's eyes while pursuing delimitation for political gain—a ploy now unmasked as electoral propaganda. He vowed relentless agitation until the quota activates across all seats, denying the government respite.

Alka Lamba echoed the call, vowing no tolerance for delays and insisting on full implementation now, with Congress steadfastly blocking further postponements.
